Freddy Hirsch Biltong Original 1kg
A blend of spices with a prominent coriander note.
Instructions: use 35 g spice per kg meat.
Sprinkle spice over meat strips, then sprinkle 40 mL dilute (50%) vinegar. Leave overnight in a fridge, then hang to dry.
Ingredients: Salt, coriander (irradiated), white pepper (irradiated), dextrose, sucrose, ascorbic acid, MSG (flavour enhancer), cereal (wheat flour, gluten, Triticum aestivum), flavourings.
Not suitable for people with wheat gluten, soya bean, milk or egg allergies
