Discreetly sweet with elegant layers of nuts and spice A smooth drinking sherry aged in wood and blended in the traditional criadera and solera method.
Best served slightly chilled in warm climates or cool room temperature of around 16°C. Medium sherry may be sipped and enjoyed before or after a meal.
Grapes are sourced from the warmer regions of the Western Cape best suited to the traditional sherry varieties.
Made in the traditional criadera method where flour yeast is allowed to slowly permeate the young wine before blending in the solera method for slow and consistent maturation.
